Don’t Let Fear Hold You Back!

Fear and phobias are our mind’s natural response to danger. However, a traumatic event can also be the triggering cause, leading our minds to associate certain elements with dread. Fear and phobia hypnosis helps you remove heightened emotions surrounding the phobia, helping you to be calmer.

What is the difference between fear and phobias?

Fear and phobia are often used interchangeably, but there are differences between the two. Fear is more of an emotional response to a clear threat. This is good as it prepares your body for defense in case of any form of attack. It’s normal to fear flying. If you’re struggling with this particular phobia, we recommend hypnosis for fear of flying or hypnosis for fear of height.

Phobia, on the other hand, is an intense reaction to something that is not a threat. It is sometimes described as an “irrational fear”. Sometimes phobias can be so intense that they cripple your ability to function properly since they trigger anxiety symptoms. You can develop a response to phobia even if the threat is not physically present. For example, thinking about needles can make you sweat or shudder.

Fears and phobias can develop from past traumas or significant childhood events. For instance, if a Dog bit you as a kid, it’s normal to grow up dreading Dogs. Hypnosis for fear of dogs can help you with this. They can also be a response to panic or seemingly embarrassing situations. In this case, you would need the fear of failure hypnosis.

There are different hypnosis audios tailored to specific events. We offer hypnosis for fear of driving, hypnosis for fear of water, hypnosis for fear of needles. If you have phobias for insects or animals, you might want to check out our hypnosis for fear of bugs or hypnosis for fear of snakes.
